Swayzi started pulling herself up to the window every evening and then booking it to the back doors and I wasn't sure why until one night she pulled herself up to the window just as Chris drove up and she started laughing and clapping her hands and I realized she had been waiting for her daddy to get home every night!! I still remember loading up the cherry red Audi with my grandpa for our first trip to Disneyland together. We went on every ride in the park. Its a small world was my favorite. We rode it time after time and i still loved it. I do believe that my little Swayzi has that same passion for the ride.

5 Reasons Why My Husband Freaking ROCKS!!!

On this day 5 years ago my fabulous husband (obviously then boyfriend) came home from his mission! My husband puts up with an awful lot. Turns out I'm not the easiest woman to live with and my husband should be eligible for sainthood for loving me for as long as he has. He has stuck around for a lot, and in honor of his now 5 years of being with me every single day, I've compiled a list of things I adore about my fabulous husband/baby daddy:

1: My husband adores me, and he is not afraid to shout it to the world. On our first date after he got home from Georgia, when he was opening the door for me he said "I Love You." I didn't hear him so I said what and he shouts "I LOVE YOU!!! THAT'S RIGHT!! HOLLI ANN JENSEN; LOVE OF MY LIFE!!! I LOVE YOU MORE THAN ANYTHING!!" right in the middle of the shops at riverwoods. I was totally embarrassed and hid in the car, but I'll never forget how much I secretly loved how much he didn't care if people thought he was nuts.


2: My husband is so humble. He is truly a christlike person, and he helps me every day to be a better person through his amazing example. I can't think of anyone else on earth I'd rather have help me raise my beautiful baby girl than Chris!!!


3: My husband supports me in everything I do. He also agrees with me- even though I may not be entirely in the right. (please note how I did not say when I'm wrong- because I am NEVER wrong :) I remember when I was pregnant I got upset over the DUMBEST things. My husband cleaned the stove "wrong" and I FREAKED out, so of course, he does it my way (the right way) and doesn't say a word about what a nagging beast I am. Later that night I asked him why he always let me have my way and he said "baby sometimes it's better to be happy than to be right." What a stud.


4: My husband is smokin' hott :) "nuff said.

5: My husband is kind. Not just nice sometimes-let me have my way-buy stuff for me-say I love you kind, but TRULY kind. He puts the needs of others before his needs always. He is never selfish, never greedy, and never mean. He never raises his voice or speaks unkindly to me. He goes out of his way to make my life easier, even when it makes his life harder. He gives me a holiday every month. On my holiday I get eggs benedict in bed for breakfast, a love note, a little present, and a whole day of my husband telling me how wonderful I am and how lucky he is to have me. I don't really need a holiday every month- because he really is that good to me every day. I am one lucky gal.

I really could go on for an awfully long time before I ran out of good qualities my husband has. He is my example, my teammate, and my very best friend! I am so blessed because I have found in life what most girls spend their whole lives trying to find; and very rarely actually do- a soulmate. Thanks baby for the best 3 years 3 months and 22 days of my life. I love you more today than I ever have and I can't even imagine going through this life with anybody but you!

Christmas Fair!!!

We went to the Christmas Fair in Salt Lake on Saturday with my fam and had a BLAST !!! Swayzi loved all the lights and the treasures! We bought her a little flower wand and as usual, she beat her dad with it! Super cute!

Hiking Hobble Creek

Tuesday me and Hilly took the boys and Swayz for a little walk up Hobble Creek. It was SO nice to get out of the house after being cooped up for a week!


Jack and Remi were just happy to be going somewhere besides our boring house!

Swine Flu!

We all got swine flu last week so we all had to stay home for a few days. Thank goodness for families! If we didn't have my parents watching out for us and helping us with swayzi I'm pretty sure we would have died. My mom and dad even showed up at our door with arms full of groceries cuz I was too sick to go to the store!!! Family Rocks!
